Many of those who have read my book have told me they were inspired to try something different or something new in their daily routines, and by taking action and making a change in their lives, they’re starting to notice the results. Especially for those who truly adopt the incremental improvements method and mindset, the results can be dramatic over a period of time. Of course, it requires patience and discipline to see meaningful change, and to make the change “stick.”
